Both. We pay cash for usable old office and household furniture, AC plants, generators, UPS panels, workstations and metal scrap. If an item has no resale value we still remove and dispose of it as part of the same visit, so you get one bill and one team instead of hiring a buyer and a separate demolition contractor.

Most site visits in Delhi NCR are scheduled within 24 hours of your call. For office closures with a tight handover deadline, we prioritise same-day visits where our team availability allows.

Our team inspects the items on site — quantity, material (wood, laminate, metal), condition and current scrap/resale rates — and gives you a written quote before any dismantling begins. There's no obligation to accept it.

Yes — this is most of our work. We dismantle workstations, partitions, false ceilings, electrical panels, AC plants and cabling, and coordinate the whole teardown so the space is handed back to your landlord broom-clean and on schedule.

We provide a signed receipt / cash memo for every transaction so your finance or admin team has a record of the disposal for their asset register.

We don't handle hazardous chemical waste or biomedical waste. For everything else — furniture, fixtures, AC, DG sets, UPS, IT and electrical scrap, structural teardown — get in touch and we'll tell you directly whether it's something we take.
